Kristen Boen was born and raised in North Dakota. After graduating with a degree in Architecture from North Dakota State University, Kristen and her husband, Ryon, lived and worked in Minneapolis for 9 years before moving back to North Dakota. Minot has been home to Kristen, Ryon and their 3 children for the last 5 years. With a background in architecture and design, the transition to commercial real estate has been a natural step. The knowledge of construction, zoning, design, building process and space planning has helped Kristen guide her clients in making educated decisions on properties that will work for her client's current and future needs.
